Shipping policy

The following shipping methods are currently offered:

Orders Shipped to 48 Contiguous United States:

Economy

  • Shipments are delivered within 5 to 9 business days after orders have cleared credit card authorization. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Free standard ground shipping to the 48 contigous United States is offered on orders of $99+

Standard

  • Shipments will be delivered within 4 business days after orders have cleared credit card authorization. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your order must be recieved and clear credit card authorization by 12:00 P.M. PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam

AK, HI, PR, Vi, Guam Standard (10-14 Business Days)

Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 10-14 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Cancellations

We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been shipped. You will receive a confirmation letter with tracking number every time the order is shipped.

Shipping Options & Costs

International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by the courier based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination.

We offer economy and priority shipping options.

Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping to international destinations.

International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.
